After doing a job for me and I paid them (Castle's) on completion, ($2,500) of the job. Next time it rained, the roof still leaked. I gave them several chances to come fix the problem when the roof leaked again. After about 10 to 12 tries, I finally told them they had one more chance and if they didn't stop the leak, I would call my attorney. Well, next time the rain came, the roof leaked. I told them not to come back again. At that time I called an attorney, George Wells, to see if he could represent me in trying to get my money back for the unsatisfactory job. He said he would, but I had to pay him $750 up front, plus expenses when job was completed. I paid him what he asked plus expenses (over $9,500). You guessed it....he did nothing except file a couple things with the court. Then he conveniently quit because of "illness", and I was unable to afford another attorney. Long story short, I have quit trying to recover my loss as it is affecting my health. JUST WANT TO LET ANYONE WHO READS THIS KNOW NOT TO HIRE ATTORNEY GEORGE WELLS or roofing company, CASTLE'S ROOFING (Paintsville, Ky.) RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!! I did get the job done by two young men who were not roofers....just trustworthy men who did what needed to be done in the first place.

when Frank Castle does your roof make sure you have enough money to re-do it 3 or 4 years later because he makes sure it will leak. He is thrilled to re-do your roof every few years so he can make enough money to buy brand new sexy big red trucks to feed his Ego as a red neck. stay away from these people. His craftsman is very poor and his warranty is worthless.
