Lady at checkout had scabs all over her hands and was not pleasant. Food wasn't hot, was cooked for way too long. Terrible experience. Will not be back to this location.
Approximately 10+ minute wait for food. Food was fresh though. Employees friendly.
Bad service. Everytime I eat here, which isn't often, they always come out to the table to ask me if I'm sure I want what I just paid for or if I'm willing to change my order or if I'll take less of something. In fact this visit they gave me 5 fries and shorted my wife 2 hush puppies.
Took us nearly 15 minutes to get our food. Fries cold like they had been sitting out for longer than they should. Fish was warm the cole slaw was cool but there were no napkins out and the resturant was a mess. Will not be back to the Paintsville location again. Slow service and it was a mess!
So, a year later I decided to give this location another try. Very dirty, food wasn't good.. Our fish and chicken was way over cooked and our fries looked like the scraps left over from yesterday. I hate that I wasted money here again.
