absolutely horrible. The automated calling method is complete garbage and needs to be changed. An actual person to talk to would be best.
I live less than 2 miles from this place yet they failed to deliver a package that was guaranteed delivery. They had received the package at around 12:30 pm but did not deliver or let me know that it was there until it was to late to pick it up. I was suppose to be out of state for the holidays and the package was a gift,so thanks to this place and the seller they ruined Christmas for me and my loved ones. One other thing I forgot to mention is that they had posted a message at around noon time that there was a delay at 5:30 pm. How do you know that there will be a delay over 5 hours before it happens unless you plan it. This place should be closed down or hire a complete new staff ridiculous for a USPS
