Paintsville's Food City is the best place in town to do your grocery shopping. It's normally not very busy so you can get in and out fairly quickly. To get the savings and deals you must have a Food City Value Card or your going to pay more.
They have a good selection and fresh produce but you have to have that value card to get things for the price they cost at other places
