The Paintsville, Ky office won't answer their phone. It took me two days of calling non stop to get them to answer no matter what time of the day it was. No matter how closely you follow their guidelines and agreement you won't get your full deposit back. Might as well forget about that. I returned my rental exactly when I was told so, filled the tank back up, swept it out and washed it. Yet I was told I would get back my $150 deposit and only received $54. When I called I was told it was returned two hours late when it was not just because they didn't have their end in order. Then while they were trying to figure out what happened I was placed on hold so they could take another call and I sat on hold for an hour or longer. I will never rent another car from them again. From now on I'll go to Hertz or another company that's more honest and will actually answer a customers phone call whom will not make them sit on hold for hours so they won't have to deal with them.
